GREETER MINISTRY

The Greeter Ministry is a ministry of Christian kindness.  Church Greeters love the Lord, love people unconditionally, and always express warmth and friendliness.

Our Goal: 

To welcome every visitor and member to the House of God.

“For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand.  I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”  Psalm 84:10

What We Do:

• Greet everyone at the doors of the church with a smile, a positive attitude, and the love of God.
• Help prepare the minds and hearts of the congregation to receive the Word of God.
• Provide packets containing church information and a Welcome Card to all first time visitors.

“This is my commandment, That ye love one another as I have loved you.”  John 15:12

Our Mission:

• Make everyone feel welcomed and a part of the Mt. Pisgah Family.
• Foster the spiritual experience during worship service.
• Encourage visitors to attend future church services and events.
